We're ASHEVILLE's "Exclusive" ONE-STOP SHOP offering everything a mover needs under one roof. We're a 5-STAR storage facility @ affordable prices offering ALL storage unit sizes: 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30 and even larger if needed.
SECURITY is VERY IMPORTANT, even in ASHEVILLE. Our buildings are state-of-the-art, we have security cameras, video surveillance, a very tall security fence, lights, and a computerized security gate. These features protect YOU as well as your precious goods.
CLEANLINESS is also a KEY FEATURE! Our storage facility is PAVED so when you have your storage unit door open and a car drives by, your unit will not be filled with dust when the ground is dry. When the ground is wet, you won't be trudging in dirt and mud. Plus, we keep our units and premises very clean.
WATER is great, but not when it flows into your self storage unit. Our storage facility has been professionally graded so that water drains AWAY from your storage unit(s). In addition, we have a concrete barrier on the bottom of each unit door. Many storage facilities are in flood plains, have had flooding issues, and/or have not been professionally graded for proper water run-off.
We are a "One-Stop" Shop for folks moving or who need extra space. This saves YOU "Time & Money!" We're a complete relocation facility. We're conveniently located just off of Charlotte Highway (74A) which is in East Asheville (Fairview). Take Exit 53A off of I-40 and go 3 1/2 miles to Edwards Rd., take a right. You'll see our street sign "Fairview Self-Storage Depot" as well as Penske Trucks.
